Job Summary
Lead the development and oversight of a peer mentoring program for individuals with disabilities, including designing training materials for mentors and mentees, recruiting and training mentors, facilitating mentor-mentee matching, coordinating mentoring activities and events, evaluating program effectiveness, collaborating with internal departments and external organizations, and reporting on program outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in human services or a related field
- Two years of experience in human services.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexible schedule and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision.
