Job Summary
Provide peer mentoring to youth in an Intensive Residential Treatment Program, leveraging lived recovery experience to support individual recovery goals, lead and facilitate treatment groups, participate in treatment teams, advocate for youth, and act as liaison between staff and youth.
Required Qualifications
- Must have received treatment services in a long-term residential setting (e.g., IRTP, therapeutic residential programs) as a youth.
- Be stable and advanced enough in your recovery to work with youth who may share similar experiences.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license or state ID.
