Peer Leadership Fellows Wellness Cohort Coordinator

Job Summary

Facilitate monthly workshops and bi-weekly check-ins with teen Fellows in grades 10 through 12, providing mentorship, planning support, and evaluation. Coordinate training seminars, communal programming calendars, and recruitment applications while maintaining records of attendance and feedback. Manage content calendars for social media and blogs, create #MeetTheFellowsMonday posts, and capture photos for the JCC library. Partner with the Assistant Director of Teen Engagement and Director of Teen Programs to align curriculum, develop community partnerships, and strengthen relationships with teen-serving colleagues. Serve as a lead trainer and facilitator for the Peer Wellness Cohort, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and strategic program decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Degree in education, psychology, social work, Jewish studies or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of proven experience working with teens
  • 3+ years of proven experience in mental health education
  • knowledge and familiarity with the needs of teens
  • creative ability to translate ideas, feedback, and data into innovative and meaningful experiences that meet their needs
  • Displays a record of success designing programs that integrate Jewish values to create compelling and joyful experiences
  • outstanding project management skills from design to implementation
