Job Summary
Peer Engagement Fellow for Russian Speaking Jews responsible for building and sustaining a relational network within the Baltimore Jewish community, designing and facilitating gatherings that respond to the needs of the focus population, maintaining regular contact with Network staff, participating in strategy sessions and trainings, and sharing insights to strengthen inclusive practices. The role involves collaboration with peers and Network staff, referrals and shared learning, and using the agency’s CRM to track outreach and program participation. The position also includes managing a modest budget for relational meetings and community gatherings and contributing to professional development opportunities; formal Jewish education or nonprofit experience is not required. The fellowship pays $25 per hour, with an average of 10 hours per week and scheduling that may include meetings in the community, in the office, and from home (hybrid).
