Job Summary
Part-time Peer Engagement Fellow for Russian Speaking Jews in Baltimore. Hybrid role with a mix of meetings out in the community, in the office, and working from home; approximately 8-12 hours weekly (averaging 10 hours) and eligible for MD Sick & Safe Leave. Build and sustain a relational network by engaging individuals and families who share an aspect of their identity; design, co-create, and facilitate gatherings; maintain regular contact with Network staff; participate in trainings and professional development; collaborate with peers and staff; track outreach using CRM; manage a modest budget for relational meetings and gatherings.
Required Qualifications
- Strong relational skills
- Experience convening, facilitating, or organizing small groups or gatherings
- Ability to navigate both community-facing work and collaboration with organizations
- Comfort with ambiguity and openness to learning
- Alignment with relationship-based engagement and inclusion of diverse Jewish identities, experiences, and backgrounds
- Formal Jewish education or professional nonprofit experience is not required
