Required Qualifications
- Commitment to Win’s mission, vision, and values
- AA degree required
- Food Handler certificate must be obtained and kept current
- Must be able to work evenings, at least one Saturday a month and some holidays
- Ability to work effectively with a team in a crisis driven, fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill in motivational interviewing and trauma informed care
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Additional Requirements

- Weekend schedule required
