Job Summary

Conduct intake assessments for students and parents, then track sanction compliance through one-on-one meetings, mail, and phone. Coordinate and facilitate orientations, training workshops, and Restorative Sessions twice monthly while managing community service site placements. Assist in supervising volunteers and interns, compile teen court case lists, and attend Greece Town Court to coordinate referrals. Maintain records, perform administrative duties, and support the student reentry process. Requires 1-2 evenings weekly, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with the Community Schools Strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Degree OR GED OR Equivalent
  • A valid Drivers license
  • Must have 1-2 evenings available weekly, as needed
  • Full time, 37.5 hours per week, 11-month year

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience working/ volunteering with children, students or families
  • Familiarity with the Community Schools Strategy
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management
  • Strong clerical and data entry skills
  • Strong knowledge in Google Workspace
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office
