Job Summary
Conduct continuous surveillance using CCTV systems and perform regular patrols to monitor activity and identify potential security threats. Manage access control systems to verify IDs, regulate entry, and prevent unauthorized access. Respond swiftly to incidents by de-escalating conflicts and executing emergency procedures including first aid, CPR, AED operation, and fire safety protocols. Write detailed incident reports documenting disturbances, injuries, or breaches for legal compliance. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary and assist in background checks for staff or vendors. Maintain a visible security presence throughout the venue while performing physical tasks such as heavy lifting. This paid position requires a Valid NV PILB and offers an opportunity to apply security skills in a lively nightlife setting.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform manual handling

Desired Qualifications

- Background in law enforcement or military service
- Experience with access control systems
- Excellent customer service skills
