Job Summary
Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to pediatric and PICU patients as a Nurse Residency participant, with unit-specific training, rotation across pediatric and PICU areas, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and support for new graduate RNs through a structured residency program; includes shift differential for evenings/nights, benefits from day one, and opportunities like RN-to-BSN bridge and loan forgiveness/reimbursement programs; role may involve floating to other units as needed and requires pediatric nursing interest and appropriate licensure within MO/compact state within 90 days of graduation.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
- License: Eligible to earn RN license in MO or compact state within 90 days of graduation
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) through the American Heart Association
