Job Summary
Deliver compassionate, high-quality pediatric care using the nursing process in the PICU/PEDS unit at Mercy Kids Hospital. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care while evaluating and supporting the work of others. Uphold patient rights, confidentiality, and service standards within a family-centered environment. This full-time, night shift residency supports new graduate RNs transitioning into professional practice, offering specialized unit-specific training, shift differential pay, and tuition assistance. Candidates must be eligible to earn an RN license in Missouri or a compact state within 90 days of graduation.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited school
- Eligible to earn RN license in MO or compact state within 90 days of graduation
- BLS (Basic Life Support) through the American Heart Association
- Recent graduate (within 12 months of hire)
