Job Summary
Deliver compassionate, high-quality pediatric care using the nursing process while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient support. Evaluate and uphold patient rights and confidentiality within a family-centered environment. This Nurse Residency Fellowship supports new graduate RNs transitioning into professional practice with specialized unit-specific training. Candidates must be eligible to earn an RN license in Missouri or a compact state within 90 days of graduation and hold current BLS certification. Full-time night shifts begin January 2027. The program includes a BSN bridge and loan forgiveness options for recent graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited school
- Eligible to earn RN license in MO or compact state within 90 days of graduation
- BLS (Basic Life Support) through the American Heart Association
