Job Summary
Deliver compassionate, high-quality pediatric care using the nursing process in the PICU/PEDS unit at Mercy Kids Hospital. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, evaluate and support care provided by others, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. Work full-time night shifts supporting new graduate RNs through specialized, unit-specific training in a family-centered environment. Earn shift differential pay for evenings, nights, and weekends while accessing the RN > BSN Bridge Program and loan forgiveness assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited school
- Eligible to earn RN license in MO or compact state within 90 days of graduation
- BLS (Basic Life Support) through the American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- BSN
- PICU/PEDS RN experience
