Job Summary
Deliver compassionate, high-quality pediatric care using the nursing process while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient support. Evaluate care provided by others and uphold patient rights and confidentiality within a family-centered environment. This full-time night shift residency supports recent graduate RNs transitioning into professional practice at Mercy Kids Hospital, offering specialized unit-specific training, shift differential pay, and tuition assistance up to $16,000. Candidates must hold a nursing degree, eligible for RN licensure in Missouri or a compact state within 90 days, and possess current BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited school
- Eligible to earn RN license in MO or compact state within 90 days of graduation
- BLS (Basic Life Support) through the American Heart Association
- Recent graduate (within 12 months of hire)
