Job Summary
Conduct History of Present Illness assessments, physical examinations, and minor surgical procedures while diagnosing patients and developing individualized treatment plans. Prescribe medications per New York State statutes, provide counseling and education on treatment plans, and generate referrals for specialized care. Collaborate with two other Advanced Practice Providers and MD/DOs to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. Work a flexible 36-hour week with Monday through Friday shifts ranging from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
