Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) needed for an FQHC in Hornell, NY. Join a collaborative team of Advanced Practice Providers and work with an MD/DO to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care for pediatric patients. Responsibilities include conducting HPI assessments and physical examinations, diagnosing and developing individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications per NY statutes and guidelines, performing minor surgical procedures, providing counseling and education to patients, generating referrals, and contributing to medical decision-making and care-team support.
