Job Summary
Conduct 1:1 pediatric home health care for children with medical complexities, including a 15-year-old with a G-tube. Perform specialized hands-on care for patients with trach, ventilator, or G-tube needs under 24/7 team support. Work 2-3 days weekly (Tuesday-Friday, 4p-9p) with flexible scheduling and optional Monday coverage. Receive comprehensive training in ventilator, trach, and G-tube management with no prior experience required. Join Pediatric Home Service to help children with medical complexities live safely at home, school, and within their communities.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- 2-3 days a week on Tuesday-Friday 4p/5p-9p & occasional Mondays (flexible)
- Pediatric experience is a plus
