Job Summary
Provide 1:1 pediatric home health care to a 15-year-old patient with a G-tube, ensuring they live safely and comfortably at home. Manage specialized needs including ventilator and trach care as part of your team-based approach. You will work 2-3 days a week from Tuesday through Friday, with occasional Monday shifts, between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m., earning shift differentials for nights and weekends. Hands-on training is provided for all skill levels, with 24/7 support available to help you navigate the learning curve.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- 15 year old with a G-tube
