Execute corrective maintenance on residential houses, accommodations, and similar structures, including brick and block laying, concrete preparation, and material organization. Adhere to project schedules and designs to ensure quality and efficiency in construction work. Requires knowledge of residential renovation, wall maintenance, and concrete/alvenaria preparation.
