Job Summary
Conduct weekly inspections of all factory restrooms and identify leaks in faucets, valves, and piping. Execute repairs on hydraulic and sanitary systems, including replacing toilets, urinals, and fixtures. Perform floor and finish replacements, maintain water and effluent pipelines, and repair showers and bath installations. Support civil and structural renovations as required by the contract. Adhere strictly to established safety procedures throughout all maintenance tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino Fundamental completo
- Experiência comprovada na função
- Conhecimento em alvenaria, revestimentos e hidráulica
- Experiência em manutenção predial ou industrial
- Capacidade de interpretação de croquis e especificações de serviços
- Estar em condições técnicas para o desempenho das atividades de trabalho
