Conduct intensive rotation across shop floor and core functions as part of the two-year Production & Engineering Leadership Program. Solve complex real-world problems through hands-on experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Apply analytical reasoning to master manufacturing technologies and Lean methodology under dual mentorship. Transition from campus newcomer to production or engineering business骨干 through structured professional training. Required Qualifications
- 2025/2026 届应届毕业生
- 本科及以上学历
