Job Summary
Deliver quality skilled nursing care to infants and young children transitioning from hospital to home in the Richmond, VA area. Act as an extension of the hospital care team, providing initial weeks of homecare while offering extensive training to families and the ongoing care team. Manage one-on-one patient care with demonstrated competence in infusion, tracheostomy, and ventilator support. Requires current RN license, one year of verifiable experience, and NICU/PICU/ICU or home care trach/vent background. Schedule includes full-time and part-time options with weekly pay.
