Job Summary
Pediatricians will provide patient care at a busy federally qualified community health center in Miami, FL. The role requires multilingual ability (Spanish or Creole and English) and focuses on seeing patients in a salaried, full-time practice with strong ancillary support. Expect about 22 patients per day across ~225 days per year, with a schedule that includes rounds ( newborn nursery rounds) and no weekends, nights, or on-call duties. Team includes at least one scribe, at least one medical assistant, a patient-centered medical home coordinator, an immunization nurse, a referrals clerk, and a medication prior authorization person. The base salary starts around 160k with potential to exceed 200k based on patient volume, plus 5 weeks vacation, personal days, holidays, CME days, sick days, and progressive vacation accrual after four years. Locations: Miami, Florida, US.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO physician license
