Job Summary
Pediatrics Physician needed to join a multispecialty group in the St. Augustine/Jacksonville area. The organization supports pediatrics within a larger health village that includes primary care, urgent care, OB/GYN, lab, and imaging. Expectation to see up to 20 patients per day within 3–6 months. Compensation includes base pay with quality/engagement and productivity bonuses, plus a sign-on and/or educational loan assistance bonus. Comprehensive benefits including health, life, disability, vision, dental, PTO, retirement, malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and relocation support. Practice location(s) include Jacksonville, FL, with relocation provided; patient demographics feature mixed commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payors, and a focus on delivering high-quality care and an excellent patient experience.
Required Qualifications
- Board certification in pediatrics or respective specialty preferred
