Job Summary
Adolescent Medicine Specialist opportunity leading a pediatric/adolescent program at TPMG in Northern California. Responsibilities include directing a busy adolescent medicine program, expanding and strengthening the pediatric/adolescent eating disorder program, serving as medical director of the outpatient eating disorder program in the Diablo Service Area, overseeing inpatient eating disorder care, and providing consultation and teaching to pediatric providers. The role involves leadership and education across Northern California, collaboration with regional leadership, and clinical duties across high-risk adolescents, transgender youth, contraception and menstrual care, substance use treatment, PrEP, transition to adult medicine, and multidisciplinary collaboration within a patient-centered care model.
Required Qualifications
- Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics
- Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Adolescent Medicine
Desired Qualifications
- Leadership experience in adolescent medicine
- Experience managing eating disorder programs
- Board certification in pediatrics and adolescent medicine
