Job Summary
Provide urgent and episodic pediatric care in a high-energy urgent care setting for infants through young adults. Perform urgent procedures including laceration repair, abscess drainage, and foreign body removal. Deliver reassurance, education, and clear communication to families during high-stress situations. Collaborate closely with clinical and operational teams to support patient flow and continuity of care. Maintain accurate documentation within athenaOne EMR and support telemedicine integration and patient-centered initiatives. Qualifications include an active NY State medical license, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics, and DEA registration. Experience in urgent care and/or emergency department settings is preferred. This role offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits, with shifts from 4:00 PM–12:00 AM weekdays and 12:00 PM–12:00 AM weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active New York State Physician License
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- DEA Registration
- Urgent Care and/or Emergency Department experience preferred
