Job Summary
Pediatrician (BE/BC) needed for 0.8 FTE outpatient pediatrics position in San Rafael, CA. Responsibilities include full-scope pediatric care (well care, urgent care, secure messages), in-person/phone/video visits, and weekend/holiday coverage in the Pediatric Urgent Care. No inpatient or newborn nursery. flexible scheduling (likely 4 days/week), potential half-day options, and occasional weekend coverage. Collaboration with subspecialists, lactation specialists, and support staff; access to CME and wellness programs; telemedicine/visit capability (in-person, phone, video). Eligible candidates should have board certification or eligibility and be eligible for CA medical licensure. Competitive benefits and relocation assistance offered by TPMG/ Kaiser Permanente.
