Job Summary
Pediatrician (BE/BC) sought for 0.8 FTE outpatient clinic in Kaiser Permanente TPMG. Primary duties include full-scope pediatrics (well care, urgent care, and secure message inbox) with options for in-person, phone, or video visits. Schedule typically 4 days/week from 8:30 am–5:30 pm, with weekends/holidays in the Pediatric Urgent Care clinic and occasional 9 am–5 pm days. No inpatient work or newborn nursery. Collaboration with subspecialists and embedded support teams (lactation specialists, Health Educator, Behavioral Medicine, Social Worker) and a strong CME program. Requirements: Board Certification or Eligibility and CA medical license eligibility or current CA license. Location: San Rafael Park clinic, Marin County, CA; telemedicine and regional collaboration available.
