Pediatrician

Provide high-quality pediatric care in both routine and urgent clinical settings while maintaining board certification and BLS. Participate in the practice call schedule, submit patient charges, and maintain accurate records within the electronic health record system. Support continuous quality assurance initiatives, including peer review, and supervise clinical learners as needed. Adhere to all compliance protocols, organizational policies, and CHP's mission and values while serving as a community ambassador. Foster a collaborative work environment through mentorship, constructive feedback, and active participation in practice-wide meetings.
