Job Summary
Pediatrician opportunity in the St. Lawrence Region seeking physicians open to experienced providers or new graduates to practice outpatient pediatrics with newborn and pediatric inpatient rounding and one 24-hour hospital call per week, plus 1:4-1:6 weekend hospital-only call. Flexible schedule aiming for a 40-hour work week within a large integrated health system. Collaborate with region physicians, APPs, and clinical staff; Epic EMR used. Position offers competitive base salary with productivity incentives, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and visa sponsorship opportunities. Locations include Canton-Potsdam Hospital, Canton; Potsdam Pediatrics Practice; and St. Lawrence Region-affiliated sites such as Ogdensburg. Visa sponsorship opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of completing residency
- US medical license or eligibility
- Pediatrics specialty
- Outpatient pediatrics experience or interest, with newborn and inpatient rounding
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- Visa sponsorship opportunities available
