Pediatrician needed for locum coverage in inpatient and outpatient clinic settings in North Carolina. Provide comprehensive pediatric care from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, managing about 20 patients daily in the office with approximately one hospital admission per day. Role includes call coverage one night per week and one weekend per month, shared with other clinicians, and attendance at C-sections when requested by the OB provider. Procedures include onsite lab work, circumcisions, ear irrigation, minor suturing, and point-of-care testing for strep, flu, and RSV using the EPIC EMR system. The assignment involves working on-site in a pediatric practice with nursery coverage. Board certification in pediatrics is required.
