Job Summary
Conduct outpatient clinic rounds Monday through Friday, managing an average of 18 to 22 pediatric patients daily using modern EMR systems. Perform inpatient rounding and share call coverage across a 10-day rotation with low callback frequency, accommodating seasonal volume fluctuations. Provide pediatric support only, as the facility lacks a NICU. Work Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 8 AM to noon.
