Job Summary
Join our not-for-profit healthcare organization as a Pediatrician focused on comprehensive outpatient care for birth to 18 years in a 100% outpatient setting. Standard weekday schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with ~20 patients per day, no nights, weekends, calls, rounding, or admissions. Competitive compensation starting at $200k+ with loan repayment assistance up to $225k, relocation assistance, robust benefits, PTO, holidays, CME stipend, and loan repayment via FRAME. Board certification or eligibility required and Florida license (or ability to obtain). Relocation assistance available; primarily outpatient pediatric care in Pinellas County, FL.
