Job Summary
Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care for infants through young adults in a collaborative multi-specialty practice in the Bronx. Responsibilities include well-child visits, developmental screenings, immunizations, diagnosing and managing acute/chronic pediatric conditions, monitoring growth and development, ordering/interpretation of diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, educating families on nutrition and safety, coordinating care with pediatric specialists, maintaining thorough electronic medical records, and delivering compassionate, family-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- MD from an accredited medical school
- New York State medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Experience: Open to new grads
- Proficient in pediatric physical examinations, immunizations, diagnostic testing, prescribing medications, and EHRs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting
