Job Summary
Provide direct patient care, in-person and via telehealth, to pediatric and adult patients with neurodevelopmental differences, including autism and ADHD. Perform full clinical duties encompassing history, exam, decision-making, order entry, referrals, documentation, and communication with medical assistants. Maintain productivity standards for new and follow-up visits, ensuring 80% of encounters are completed same-day and 100% within two business days. Lead Weekly Rounds, participate in clinical meetings, and sustain a caseload meeting established expectations while delivering care aligned with the Whole Child Scorecard. Work 34 hours per week with 6 hours of protected time, reporting to a multidisciplinary team in Charlotte, NC.
Required Qualifications
- You've completed four years of medical school from an accredited university.
- You've completed 3+ years of U.S. based residency training in pediatrics.
- You are board eligible/certified in pediatrics.
- You hold and can maintain an unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
