Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care services to infants, children, and adolescents through well-child visits, sick visits, and follow-ups. Develop treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions while monitoring medications and managing specialist referrals. Educate families on preventative care and healthy lifestyles, and mentor midlevel clinical providers. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes. Requires MD or DO degree, board certification in Pediatrics, and an active Connecticut medical license. Monday-Friday day-shift schedule with minimal evening or Saturday hours. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Pediatrics, or board eligible
- Active medical license in the state of Connecticut
