Job Summary
Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician sought to join CHI Saint Joseph Health in Lexington, KY, to practice general family medicine with a patient-centered, collaborative team. Responsibilities include annual wellness exams and sports physicals, care for acute and chronic illnesses (including asthma, diabetes, hypertension), diagnostic services (labs, vision/hearing, BP monitoring), preventive care and immunizations from newborns to adolescents, and support for mental health resources. The role offers a salary guarantee for up to 3 years with production incentives, recruitment incentives (including sign-on, student loan assistance, relocation), CME allowance, substantial PTO and holidays, malpractice tail coverage, loan forgiveness opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and retirement options. Required education includes completion of an accredited residency and Kentucky licensing/eligibility with DEA; board certification or active examination participation is expected. The position uses EPIC across hospital and practice locations.
