Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive outpatient pediatric care, including well visits, sick visits, and immunizations. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions while performing developmental screenings and providing anticipatory guidance. Collaborate with behavioral health and care management teams to address the full spectrum of pediatric needs. Maintain accurate EHR documentation and educate families on health and disease prevention. Optionally engage in quality improvement or community public health initiatives. This outpatient-only role features a standard Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends, supported by integrated behavioral health specialists and an efficient EHR system.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatrics residency
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics
- Eligible for or active Arizona medical license
- AZ MD/DO license or eligible
- BC/BE in Pediatrics
- US pediatric residency completed
