Job Summary
Outpatient pediatrician provides comprehensive care for infants through adolescents, performing well-child exams, preventive screenings, and routine pediatric evaluations. Diagnoses and treats acute and chronic pediatric conditions, promotes preventative health and patient education, collaborates with nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams, maintains accurate clinical documentation, and participates in occasional evening/weekend coverage to support community health goals.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician (MD or DO)
- Eligible for or active North Carolina medical licensure
- Comfortable practicing in a high-volume outpatient setting
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for community health and serving diverse patient populations
- Desire to establish a long-term professional home within a mission-driven organization
