Job Summary
Provide in-home pediatric nursing care for patients in Arcadia, FL and surrounding counties, delivering licensure-based nursing services to pediatric patients in patients’ homes. Responsibilities include maintaining updated clinical records, evaluating nursing service effectiveness, consulting with physicians on care plan changes, mentoring and coaching new employees during orientations, educating patients and caregivers on care needs, participating in quality assurance/performance improvement programs, pursuing ongoing professional development, submitting timely personnel documentation, upholding FFHC compliance and ethics, maintaining patient confidentiality, and maintaining professional communication. Role involves travel to patients’ homes, variable shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with availability across days of the week; benefits include health plans, 401(k) matching, PTO, EAP, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement; travel and state-specific requirements may apply.
Required Qualifications
- LPN/LVN Nursing Degree
- Unencumbered LPN/LVN License in state of employment or Multi-State license via eNLC
- 1 year of demonstrated experience
- Valid driver license with proof of insurance
- Clear background screening
- CPR card/certificate
- Hep B Screening where applicable
- TB Screening where applicable
- W2 employee status (per employer)
- Ability to travel to patients' homes
