Job Summary
Conduct in-person orientation for new providers, run assessments, and deliver skills workshops while reinforcing clinical performance among low-performing staff. Adjust provider schedules to match training needs and seasonality, secure backup coverage for last-minute callouts, and respond to urgent patient complaints and medical escalations. Review safety reports, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions with providers. Conduct on-site interviews, arrange shadowing shifts, and make hiring recommendations while mentoring staff on performance improvement plans. Circulate weekly or bi-weekly across Yonkers and Mamaroneck offices to support Regional Clinical Managers and participate in Administrator-On-Call rotations. Serve as Clinical Lab Director and Radiography Safety Officer, acting as the primary liaison to JV Partners and Chief Medical Officers.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA in Pediatric or IM-Peds residency training program
- BC/BE with the ABP or ABEM/AOBEM
- Ability to obtain and maintain DEA certification
- Licensed in the state where the site is located
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
- Training and quality improvement/process improvement experience
