Pediatric Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider

Assess and treat acute injury and illness for in-person and telemedicine patients, including febrile infants, respiratory distress, and anaphylaxis. Perform procedural care such as abscess drainage, foreign body removal, and laceration repair. Take radiographs and provide preliminary interpretation with official over-reads. Oversee patient flow and daily office functions while managing staff and trainees on shift. Maintain operations by enforcing safety procedures, reviewing lab and radiology results, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. Focus on efficiency metrics to improve urgent care flow and antibiotic stewardship. Work within a flexible schedule of 12–36 hours per week with no overnights.
