Pediatric Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider

Provide evidence-based pediatric and young adult urgent care to in-person and telemedicine patients. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating acute injuries and illnesses, performing procedures (abscess drainage, foreign body removal, laceration repair), taking radiographs with preliminary interpretation, ensuring efficient patient flow, supervising staff and trainees, maintaining HIPAA-compliant patient care information, and updating knowledge through internal training and professional development. Requires active involvement in radiology coordination, lab result review, and ensuring timely patient follow-up, with emphasis on antibiotic stewardship and patient experience. The role is part of a large PEM/urgent care network offering a flexible schedule (12-36 hours per week, PT/FT) with opportunities across locations. Experience in pediatrics urgent care or emergency department settings is preferred, along with EMR experience (eCW preferred).
