Pediatric Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider

Pediatric urgent care provider role welcoming experienced clinicians to treat acute pediatric conditions in-person and via telemedicine, with on-site radiography support, daily patient-flow oversight, and commitment to evidence-based care. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating acute injuries and illnesses, performing procedures (abscess drainage, foreign body removal, laceration repair with sutures, staples, and dermal adhesive), taking and interpreting radiographs (with radiology over-reads where applicable), supervising office operations and staff, reviewing lab and imaging results, ensuring HIPAA-compliant confidentiality, maintaining safety standards, and pursuing ongoing knowledge through internal training and professional development. Requires ability to work within a team, demonstrate critical thinking, multitask, and leverage EMR systems (eCW experience preferred). Compensation range listed is $100,000–$180,000 with flexible hours (12–36 hours per week, PT/FT) and potential for telemedicine involvement.
