Pediatric Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider - Braintree, MA - (Per Diem)

Advanced Practice Providers with pediatric or urgent care/ER experience join PM Pediatric Care to evaluate and treat pediatric patients in an urgent care setting, in-person and via telemedicine. Responsibilities include providing evidence-based treatment for acute injuries and illnesses, performing urgent care procedures (abscess drainage, foreign body removal, laceration repair with sutures/staples/dermal adhesive), obtaining and interpreting radiographs with radiologist over-reads where applicable, supervising daily operations and patient flow, collaborating with on-site and telemedicine teams, ensuring safety, privacy (HIPAA), and adherence to policies, and pursuing ongoing training and professional development. The role emphasizes efficient in-person and telemedicine urgent care flow, antibiotic stewardship, patient experience, and quality improvement.
