Job Summary
Deliver evidence-based in-home therapy for pediatric patients with communication, feeding, and developmental needs. Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans if licensed as an SLP, or implement supervised interventions targeting speech, language, cognitive, feeding, and social-emotional development as an SLPA. Educate families, coordinate care with physicians, and develop home programs to ensure continued progress. Document all services in the EMR while maintaining clinical and regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license (Texas)
- Current CPR certification

- 1+ year of pediatric or home health experience
- Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
