Job Summary
Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs. Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders while educating families for carryover in daily routines. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, document care in an electronic medical record system, and maintain compliance with clinical standards. Active Texas SLP license and CCC-SLP certification required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Full-time and part-time flexible scheduling available.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas)
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Desired Qualifications
- Pediatric or home health experience
- Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
