Job Summary
Assess and collaborate with physicians to continually evolve speech, language, cognition, and swallowing care plans for pediatric patients in outpatient rehab. Develop and implement customized, engaging treatment plans and goals to drive progress, revisit goals to ensure ongoing support and education for patients and families, and maintain clear, organized documentation to ensure compliance with departmental guidelines. The role emphasizes partnering with physicians, families, and a multidisciplinary team to transform lives through patient-centered therapy and innovative care.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (from an accredited program)
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 2+ years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Skills: Effective communication, problem-solving, collaboration, passion for patient care
