Job Summary
Assess and collaborate with physicians to assess and continually evolve speech, language, cognition, and swallowing care plans for pediatric patients. Engage with patients and families to create customized goals and develop fun, interactive treatment plans that drive progress. Maintain clear, organized documentation to ensure compliance with departmental guidelines and continuity of care. Requires a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid SLP license, BLS, and a minimum of 2 years of experience; strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (from an accredited program)
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience: 2+ years as a Speech-Language Pathologist
