PEDIATRIC SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

Conduct comprehensive evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatments for pediatric patients with communication disorders within a hospital-based outpatient setting. Establish realistic, measurable goals in collaboration with patients and families, then develop and implement evidence-based plans of care including home exercise programs. Direct licensed and non-licensed personnel, manage discharge processes, and ensure strict adherence to infection control, legal boundaries, and South Shore Health policies. Maintain accurate documentation, perform charging and modifier applications, and meet productivity standards while utilizing new technology. Provide ongoing patient education, respond to feedback timely, and maintain an active Massachusetts license and CCC certification.
