Job Summary
Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with communication disorders through comprehensive assessments, evidence-based interventions, and discharge planning within a hospital-based outpatient setting. Establish functional goals with families, direct licensed and non-licensed staff, and implement home exercise programs while adhering to infection control and patient safety standards. Manage documentation, billing, and charge corrections accurately, ensuring timely communication with patients, families, and departmental peers. Maintain an active Massachusetts license and Certificate of Clinical Competency, while committing to ongoing professional development, clinical supervision of students, and annual productivity goals.
Required Qualifications
- MS in Speech Language Pathology from accredited school
- SLP - Speech Language Pathologist
- Maintain active license to practice Speech Therapy in Massachusetts
- Maintain active Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology in Massachusetts

- Previous clinical experience/rehabilitation experience
